You can use the User Action Report to identify any changes to a client record or by a CAREWare user.
- Log into the provider domain where the data is being changed
- Click Reports
- Click User Action Reports
- Select a Start Date and End Date
- Choose the Provider
- Choose the type of action used to change the data by choosing the Action Type (i.e. Client Deleted)
- Click Generate Report
- Click Enter
This will produce a list of all changes to the client. You can further specify the search by searching by User ID for staff or by Affected Person for clients.
