Enrollment Date not saving if 2 or more services added to a new client. This only occurs with 2 or more services added to a new client in builds 545 to 568.
Steps to replicate- The demographics information was entered without problem.
- The user moved to the Services tab and entered the Enrollment Date along with two services both with the same dates at the Enrollment Date.
- The user then proceeded to the Annual Review tab and filled in the necessary data (primary insurance, income, household size, etc).
- When the user went back to the Services tab she noticed that the Enrollment Date was no longer there.
